    Recepcionista maleducado.

Overall great but maybe some small staff training needed

The room was very large clean quiet and comfortable. Communal areas were nice. I was only there one night so can’t comment on the area. Staff were generally friendly.

The only reason I didn’t give a higher rating is that staff felt slightly disinterested at check in. Nobody showed me to my room which wasn’t straightforward to find, and so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs and deal with a niggly lock alone.
