  房間乾淨寬敞、廚房設備一應俱全，走路7分鐘就有超級市場，離車站也近，雖然離主要景點區有段距離，但環境相當安靜，適合不趕行程、有買交通票（24小時以上）、喜歡安靜的旅客~

  When you're reading the reviews, note they are for multiple apartments, this is a rental company that has different units... We stayed in the very first room, studio A1. The room itself is huge, functional, clean, very spacious, and had all the amenities as described. AC worked well. It is inside a big residential building. 4-minute walk to the tram (30 minute ride with current construction) to take you into old Vienna, or 5 min walk to metro. Grocery store and bakery next to the metro entrance.

  There was nothing that was majorly wrong, but things to be aware of: The building is literally above the Metro so basically every 6 to 7 minutes you hear (despite sound proofing) both the sound and you get a vibration. The basic kitchenette wasn't done with much thought; if you wash dishes there's nowhere to set them to dry them. The cabinet placement is over the stovetop burner, but they didn't install a fan, so all of the condensation moisture drips off the cabinets down onto the burners and the countertop. The vending machine that is outside of the room makes a huge amount of noise 24/7, so you have to keep the middle door in the unit closed otherwise you hear it. The towels and sheets were way beyond their lifetime usage and were very thin, rough, and scratchy. The kitchen was stocked, sparsely- ex. only one very large pot. The unit is in the inner courtyard and has two massive glass door. They did offer blackout curtains except (and I went back and read that two other people had mentioned the same issue months ago) the width of the curtains are not wide enough, and so as soon as it gets dark there are massive bright lights that come blasting in the unit that you can't keep out. In the studio there was a track installed for a privacy curtain between the couch that turns into a bed and the main bed... Except they had installed only one curtain that was about one and a half meters in width as the entire privacy curtain. So it defeated the whole purpose. If you drive, note that Google maps puts you in the wrong spot (one building over) and you have to drive up and around the block on the one-way streets to temporarily park closer to the building (like you were going to the vet) to unload. If you don't have a second person, then you need to bring all of your stuff inside because the actual parking area is an 8 minute walk away. 9€/24hr
