    Top Preis Leistung mit hervorragendem Service

    Lage: nur wenige Gehminuten zur U-Bahn U4 im 9. Bezirk - nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt Sauberkeit und Ausstattung: das Apartment war top geputzt und hatte eine gute Ausstattung inkl. Küchenzeile, Couch, TV, Geschirr, Pflegeprodukten etc. Preis: top Preis für die Lage Team: ständige Erreichbarkeit des Teams und schnelle Hilfe bei Nachfragen.

    Zugang: Der Zugang zum Apartment war etwas verzweigt, aber bereits im Voraus gut beschrieben und bebildert. Bett: Die Matratze hat laut gequietscht und war für mein Empfinden zu hart, aber das ist ja eine individuelle Wahrnehmung. Hinweis: 2. Schlüssel passte nicht ins Türschloss des Apartments

    Appartamento comodo ma accortezze da rivedere

    La posizione, con la uban4 si arriva praticamente nella città vecchia, il parcheggio a poche centinaia di metri da casa ci si arriva con 10 minuti di passeggiata ad un costo onesto(8€ al giorno). Appartamento moderno con un bagno e letti comodi. Ottima la fornitura di saponi e shampoo.

    Nella descrizione é indicata la lavatrice ma non c’è e quella comune è sempre occupata a lavare le lenzuola dei b&b per cui impossibile da usare. Appartamento buio non si può aprire l tenda oscurante poiché la porta finestra è direttamente nel cortile in cui transitano tutte le persone

    新しいアパートでとてもきれい。鍵はロッカーに入っており受け取りスムーズ。エアコンはダイキンが付いており快適。アーリーチェックインができた。

    設備に「洗濯機」と記載があったのに、洗濯機はなかった。ホストに質問しても返事はなかった。（アーリーチェックインが可能か聞いたときはすぐに返事があったのに） 洗濯機とエアコンがあることを条件に部屋を探し、予約したので残念。近くにコインランドリーがあったものの、一回7€×4回分出費することになった。 5泊の滞在で食洗機の洗剤3つでは足りない。買った。 シャワー室にヘリがなく、どうがんばっても水が外に漏れる作りになっており、外に水たまりができる。また排水溝もなく水がはけない。そのへんのバスルームの作りの甘さはウィーンあるあるなのだが、こちらとしてはキレイに使いたいのでなんでこんな作りなの？と思う。 トラムの最寄り駅まで、階段を2階分登り下がり、道路の反対側まで出る必要がある。とても大きなアパートなので、それが地味に大変だった。
