  Dishonest host and unsupportive company Booking.com

  DO NOT Book THIS PROPERTY or use this dishonest host Thomas. Absolutely disgraceful experience. We booked this February 2026 for Sept 5-7 2026, and last minute just before leaving Canada on Sept 4 the host offered an upgrade. We paid for a 3 bedroom apt, 1.5 bathrooms for family of 4 and arrived to find essentially a one bedroom with clear plexi glass door with partioned wall not reaching ceiling and a couch made up as a bed. The second sleeping area did not have a door and with partioned wall, no spacious common living area and a .5 bathroom with a toilet elsewhere. The property was grossly misrepresented and did not match what was advertised. We immediately contacted Booking.com , who advised us to leave and assured us the issue would be escalated and resolved. We were forced to pay for alternative accommodation doubling our costs. The host refused to refund us and Booking.com ultimately did nothing meaningful to protect us offering a laughable E 37.38 in compensation. DO NOT BoOK THIS PROPERTY. In our experience the listing is deceptive, the host refused to take responsibility and Booking.com allowed them to keep our money despite clear evidence of the misrepresentation. I would also strongly caution anyone against using Booking.com . If a property is falsely advertised, apparently all the host has to do is refuse a refund , and Booking.com will walk away from its responsibility. After years as a loyal customer I will never use this platform again. SAVE yourself the money, stress and frustration . Book elsewhere!!

  Perfect place to stay!

  Really nice apartment in a very central location. You have everything you need in the apartment and in the immediate neighborhood as well. Thomas is a great host who takes care iof everything. I’ll return for sure::) Highky recommended.

  Lovely central apartment, host was very helpful and shared some useful tips

  Ideally located, everything you could need for a comfortable stay at a good price

  Everything was perfect for us as we really just wanted a comfortable bed and central location at a reasonable price

  Great location and good price / relationship

  Only one pair of two keys for a 7 plus person apartment. To get to the apartment you need to go through 2 pair of doors with different keys, one to the floor and one to the apartment. The door to the floor needs to always be locked so if you have a big group, and people move at different times, you basically become either locked in (super dangerous in case of an issue) or you need to leave the door to the floor unlocked so people can come in. The whole setup could easily be improved by at least two keys to the floor. Air conditioner did not work, is also located in the living room, so the rooms themselves were very very hot in summer (August) No fans or other air circulation, the windows open go the street which is noisy and has autos all day. Only one trash bag was provided which was not enough for 7 people The apartment also wasn't super clean. We got locked out at night due to an issue with the key lockbox and no one replied to us.
