Good but not ideal for 3 people

the location was ideal for our requirements, and it was good to have private parking

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and not suitable to sleep on , we found it difficult to open out and would have needed some kind of mattress. Considering the cost of the stay would have expected better. My daughter had two sleepless nights.
