    Great choice in Tivoli

    Great location Very friendly owner Overlooks the breathtaking Villa d'Este. If you are in Tivoli, definitely recommend it as a place to stay Just a heads up, the property is accessed via steep, cobbled streets.

    Older property, so walls were a bit thin.

    We were delighted with our stay in Vicolo d'Este. The apartment is very well appointed, modern, spotlessly clean and quiet! The bed is comfortable, and the view out the front door into the Villa d'Este is magnificent. Massimiliano has been very supportive and helpful in ensuring our comfort. The apartment is in the medieval quarter of Tivoli, with enchanting and narrow cobblestone streets and staircases. Fantastic location and a very comfortable apartment which we highly recommend!

    Comfortable, modern, quiet apartment near center of town

    The apartment was very clean and modern and the location was great! 10 min uphill walk to the center of town with lots of restaurants. The apartment borders the Villa d'Este, you can see into the gardens from the front door! But you do have to basically walk into town to enter the Villa and gardens. We were traveling with our two daughters 11 and 13 and they each had their own beds in the second bedroom. The apartment was small with no real designated "living are" to lounge on a couch, but it is very modern, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Our host was very helpful leading up to check in and helping us with detailed information to park our rental car and find the apartment. There is a process to entering your passport information to an online registration system in order to get a code to open the front door that I found cumbersome, but our host was very quick to respond to help me through it. Not a deal breaker at all, just slightly inconvenient and you should heed the prompts to do this process early and not when you're driving through the Italian countryside like I did:) Overall a great stay.
