Excellent location and temporary home
The air conditioning and shower were appreciated. We liked the space and excellent location. We would absolutely stay here again.
It was all great - only minor suggestions; more than one wine glass, better pillows, to be let in a little more timely would be appreciated but not necessary(it was super hot and we waited 30+ minutes to be let in) and the washing machine does not drain on certain cycles and floods when opened.

Large and comfortable flat in superb location
The location is superb - walking distance to all Florence attractions, the flat has elevator, very secured - you need kyes to enter the building - the flat is spacious - large bedroom, pleasant kitchen and living room. The host waited at the meeting place on time, explained all that we needed to know. Answered quickly to our requests. A good wine was waiting for us as a welcome gift.
On the web site is written that they provide free shuttle from and to airport but when I asked for this service the host informed us that it costs 90 Euro for each way.
