    The carpet in the living room could do with a deep clean The carpet on the entrance to the apartments and up the stairs could also do with a deep clean or replacing and some of the hand rails need repairing

    Location was fantastic, apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived

    It was just outside the door really,a lot of litter on the floor,that could possibly be from being so close to the town centre,also the carpet in the hallway leading up to the door and front room had stains on

    Location. Communication with owner.

    Some basic items missing - bathroom soap, 1 hand towel for 2 people and kitchen basics. Owner did deliver soap and towel during 1st afternoon

    Overall stay was pretty good

    Good location, stylish furnishings

    Essentials such as toilet paper not supplied - you have to go shopping on arrival. Hottest summer on record, but no fan available - had to go and buy one. For that price, a fan and essentials should have been included.

    Perfect. We will definitely book again when we come to Torquay.

    Location is spot on. If you do not mind a bit of a slope and a flight of stairs. I recently had knee surgery and it was no problem for me. Kitchen living room is huge with a beautiful view of the harbour. Close to everything. Lots of places to eat and drink close by and a supermarket. Very spacious for 2 people. Shower is brilliant. Everything in the kitchen you could need although we did eat out most of the time. Hardly any noise with the windows shut. Bed room at the back of the property so we did not hear anything. Previous comments correct in that you could only smell fish and chips on the stairwell. But who doesn't like the smell of fish and chips at the sea side.

    The bed was a bit hard for us which is all down to personal preference. There is nothing better than you own bed, It could do with an airer as there is a washing machine. But that is me just trying to think of something.
