End of season stay
Great little apartment, which was perfect for our family of four. Quick 10 minutes walk to the aquarium, which again was perfect. The apartment is fresh and modern and had pretty much everything we needed for a few nights away. Also Morrisons is two minutes walk away, which was really convenient.
Bathroom and kitchen could do with a deep clean. Whilst they were reasonably clean, some elements needed a good scrub.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had a lovely time. The beds were very comfortable, and the accommodation was in a great location, just around a five-minute walk into the town centre, which was really convenient. The owners communicated with us very well throughout our stay and were always helpful and easy to contact. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!
We did have a couple of small concerns that we thought would be helpful to mention. The extractor fan in the shower is extremely loud, to the point where we had to turn it off while showering as we were worried about disturbing the neighbours. We would also recommend considering providing a shower mat, as the shower floor was extremely slippery. As I am pregnant and my Nan who came with me is disabled, we both struggled with this and unfortunately decided not to use the shower in the end. You may have provided a shower mat and we just couldn’t find it, so apologies if that was the case. These were only minor issues, and overall we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here. The beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the owners communicated with us really well. We would definitely book again, and we hope these comments don’t put anyone off as we had a lovely experience overall!

We go to Skegness to visit family, we were delighted to find these apartments on booking.com. The location, the ease and safe car parking, kitchenette etc. was more than enough to meet our needs (two adults two kids)
This is not a negative comment, but for more than one night stays I would suggest to leave more towels
