    Avoid!

    Nothing - Poor service with no resolution.

    We spent approximately 90 minutes waiting in the hallway after being provided with an incorrect key code for the apartment lockbox. As a result, we were forced to eat our evening meal in the hallway to prevent it from going cold while we waited for access to be resolved. Communication throughout this time was limited to WhatsApp messages, with no attempt made to contact us by telephone to expedite a solution. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The following day, maintenance attended the property and changed the code to the main entrance door without notifying us. Had one of our employees not happened to encounter a neighbour entering the building, we would have found ourselves locked out once again. The condition of the apartment was equally disappointing. The freezer was so heavily iced up that it appeared to have a second internal door made entirely of ice, rendering it unusable. Upon opening the dishwasher, we discovered mould-covered plates and a chopping board left inside. It looked more like a penicillin-growing laboratory than accommodation that had been cleaned and prepared for arriving guests. These issues were reported immediately, and we were assured that they would be addressed. However, despite those assurances, nobody attended the apartment and no remedial action was taken. Overall, the standard of both the accommodation and the customer service provided fell well below expectations. If it were possible to award a rating of -10, that would more accurately reflect our experience.

    We will definitely be back

    The place was so spacious and well kept, everything was within walking distance. The owner kept in touch throughout the stay with all updates and even the other guests that were renting downstairs were absolutely lovely too. Beautiful stay, thank you. Also I booked only a few hours before arrival and the apartment was ready before we entered.

    There is no TV’s in the bedroom so this left a few guests wanting but if it’s just for a short weekend stay… we were quite content having a cuddle and watching something on a phone.

    Think twice about staying here

    The lounge area is light and spacious with a pleasant dining area in a bay window.

    This apartment could and should be so much nicer. The towels and bed linen provided were stained. The toilet was blocked and full to the brim. It was unusable. The freezer was frozen shut and full of previous occupants' food. The dishwasher door was missing. The hallway, front and back of the apartments were covered in litter and junk mail. The dishwasher door was missing. Drawers and cupboards were full of junk. Very, very poor.
