Хорошая квартира, есть всё что нужно, чисто, уютно. В спальне новый кондиционер. Немного скрипит пол. Но главное прекрасный вид с балкона (их два, в спальне и гостиной). Владелец очень приветливый человек. Очень рекомендую

מיקום מצויין, דירה נעימה.
המיקום של הדירה פשוט מושלם, ממש במרכז על הרחוב הראשי ובקרבה לתחבורה ציבורית האטרקציות המרכזיות, מסעדות וכד'. הכניסה לדירה היתה ללא בעיות, קיבלנו הנחיות מהמארח בווטסאפ לגבי איסוף המפתח. המארח היה זמין בווטסאפ והגיב במהירות. מרפסת קטנה פונה לרחוב המרכזי ומאפשרת לשבת עם כוס קפה ולצפות בהתרחשויות, יונים ותורים מגיעים למרפסת לאכול פירורים ומהווים חברה נעימה. המטבח מצוייד בכל הדרוש גם מבחינת ציוד מטבח וגם מבחינת קפה / תה וכד', מכונת כביסה פעלה היטב, הדירה מעוצבת בטוב טעם ועל הקירות תלויות אמרות שפר שונות, ניכר שהמארח (או המעצב) הוא טיפוס אופטימי ושמח.
רצפת הפרקט בחדר השינה חורקת. המזגן בחדר השינה מיושן ומרעיש (דיווחנו למארח, אז אם התלונה לא חוזרת בביקורות מאוחרות יותר כנראה שסודר)

Soggiorno piacevole
Struttura molto carina, centrale e ben organizzata. La posizione è davvero comoda: permette di raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi la maggior parte delle principali attrazioni, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e pratico. Gli ambienti sono curati e l’organizzazione è stata ottima.
le tende lasciano filtrare parecchia luce al mattino presto, quindi per chi è abituato a dormire al buio potrebbe essere un po’ fastidioso

David and I had a relaxing 2 night stay in the center of Bucharest in a comfortable apartment.
The location of The Victoria Avenue Apartment suited us well for a 2 night stay in the city. The facilities, balcony view and spacious rooms made us feel at home. We had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with hosts was prompt and we appreciated a booking at short notice. We could easily walk around the city, down to the river, find cafes, bakeries and restaurants to suit. We thoroughly recommend spending time in the Center of Bucharest.
