    Unfortunately, we really cannot understand the many positive reviews for this hotel.

    At first glance, the hotel looks nice and well-maintained. However, once you take a closer look, you notice many issues and areas that are not properly cleaned or maintained, both around the pool and outdoor areas as well as inside the room. The back part of our room, where the bed and bathroom were located, was very poorly ventilated and felt extremely stuffy. Only after we complained was the ventilation turned on, but unfortunately, this made very little difference. Even more concerning was the condition of the bathroom. There was visible mold on the floor and in the shower. We immediately pointed this out to the staff, and both cleaners tried to remove it, but even they were unable to do so because the mold was already so extensive. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel. The breakfast was, by far, the worst hotel breakfast we have ever experienced. Almost everything consisted of pre-packaged, processed products. We were given two small croissants, two slices of untoasted toast, and an egg that was completely cold and greasy, sitting in a cardboard box. It was simply inedible. The worst part, however, was the orange juice. The inside of the juice bottle caps was covered in mold. Something like this should absolutely never happen, especially when it involves food and drinks being served to guests. We only stayed for two nights and paid over €400, which we consider completely overpriced given the condition of the room, the cleanliness issues, and the quality of the breakfast. Overall, based on our experience, we cannot understand the many positive reviews and would not stay at this hotel again.
