    Pleasant, comfortable stay, happy customer!

    Great location, clean and tidy, comfortable, easy instructions for access. Happy stay.

    The room was very warm, even with the window open & fan provided, it cooled down on the second night but the first night was warm. My only criticism but would not ever stop me from visiting here again!

    Our stay was lovely and really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. We did have one incident where the tap burst an

    Property was close to all amenities and union square mall and station. Also close to beach front and codonas. All within walking distance. Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchenette equipped with all cooking utensils so I could cook some meals. Bed comfortable and linen nice. Had the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer which was great for longer stays.

    Lots of stairs to climb if on the top floor but good for exercise. Entrance to property is through an archway where there are garbage bins for pub and property so not aesthetically appealing. The code system to enter building and rooms can be troublesome as if your phone dies of battery and you don’t know code off by heart you are then stuck to get in your room.

    Central Location in Listed Building

    Central Location. Excellent Sunrise Harbour view from the Penthouse Flat, Clean, comfortable.

    It was not easy to find the place due to road works on Union Street. The Parking recommendations were also not the best. We found the one on Frederick Street most suited,
