    十分喜歡這個單位，希望下次可以再次入住。

    置位十分方便，火車站、巴士站、商場、食肆、超市都是1-2分鐘內可達。單位內置備齊全整潔。房內的燈出現了小問題，客服和維修人員都處理妥當。

    被派到二樓的單位（本來是派到一樓的單位但之後被通知改派到二樓另一單位）但我有一件25kg 的行李箱，把它搬到二樓和退房時拉到地下十分食力（本人是亞洲女性）如再攜帶大型行李入住，要求向客服要求派到閣樓或一樓的單位。另外，床褥有點舊，有幾處位置有凹陷的情況。

    Would recommend and rebook in the future.

    Location, size of apartment and cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable. Blackout blinds instead of curtains. Nice toiletries provided. Few minutes walk from the station, in the heart of main shopping centre with plenty of take out and supermarkets to choose from. Would highly recommend if you want your own space and avoid being confined to a hotel room. Price point was cheaper than many hotels.

    As a lone female traveller I would have liked a chain on the door as an extra security option. The shower head needs changing (or the holes cleaned). The sofa was tired looking and marked, but otherwise perfectly serviceable. I knew about the £500 deposit from other reviews, I’ve paid similar booking hotels. Sending ID is common place, I’ve used Airserviced rooms before. That why I only book via websites such as Booking.com or properties that I already know of. But I can understand why people can be concerned.

    Never going back to this place again.

    Apartment was clean, but no character. That was the only thing that I can be positive about

    It was horrible to get in. You can book it, pay it, but than you still have to pay a huge deposit (300 pounds) I didn't know, because I booked to quick and when we arrived in frond of the door we couldnt get in. It took us an hour and a half to finaly pay the deposit and get the code for the door. Code for the key to the apartment also was very confusing. No airco and it was hot. Huge construction site near the building, so we had to have the windows closed. Nobody to attent to accept by phone and they where not very friendly. They didn't pay the deposit back until I mailed 3 times (after 3 weeks 300 Pound). It all gave me so much hassle that it was absolutely not worth it. Never coming back here.
