The Victorian architecture, and furniture. The quietness and warmth. This was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this. And wow not only having a bedroom with bathroom but also a dining room and lounge with TV also.
Only running water was in the bathroom. Was a little awkward cleaning dishes.

Disappointed and ripped off, see the key tag and contract
Convenient location
We booked a property with a spa bath, but on arrival the owner’s son met us and explained that we hadn’t booked the spa unit and after he checked with his mum said it was booked our to someone else. I’d been driving all day and the bath was essential, we wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise.the key tag defined our room as spare key for garage and sleepout 😳

Good place to overnight
The location was great, on the way into town but the apartment was at the rear of the block so was quiet. Probably not a lot of traffic in Geraldine anyway! Facilities were good though we didn't cook. The heating was a bit confusing but we managed. We didn't get to meet the hosts, but that was ok
