Loved staying in such an old hotel. It's an experience we will talk about.
The restaurant we went to was not good.

Conveniently located room above a busy pub.
Very conveniently located, and parking (although very tight) is a boon. Separate entrance from the pub, which can get very busy (but was empty before midnight). Very clean, especially the bathroom. Bottled water provided, replaced daily. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. Secondary glazing to help keep street noise out.
Mattress hard for our taste. Space a bit tight (room 2). Space-saver basin not easy to wash in.

A good choice of place to stay near the centre and with parking for a short visit
The location and the fact there was parking near the centre. There was plenty of sachets of tea, coffee and milk and every day the bottles of mineral water were replaced.

Libby was a super star, as was the man who checked us in. Amazing stay we will be back!
Such a friendly place. Tret like locals from the start, everyone was so friendly and the decor is amazing
