A great place to stay in a wonder Spa town.

The location is very good. It was easy to find in the car and a short walk to great restuarants and the beautiful centre of Leamington Spa. We had a warm welcome and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and visiting Leamington.

I wondered who owned the hotel as the staff were great but it didn't feel it was their hotel. I just hope they were being well rewarded for the exceptional hospitlaity skills they exhibited.

Staff very attentive, will visit again, excellent stay.

Very nice single room at the top of the house. Very quiet location. Next street to the bowling green and par. Town centre about 10 minutes walk. About 15 minute walk from train station.

    Great stay

Great location, friendly and efficient staff, pleasant atmosphere

Small room and en suite, poor lighting in the bedroom, desk lamp crackled - reported but not replaced

Great. Would definitely stay again and far better than the other hotel in leamington

Breakfast was delicious and nice, friendly staff

The bathroom was modern but the bedroom a bit ‘tired’ in its decor. However it was spotlessly clean so only a slight minor.
