    Gute Lage und nette Wohnung, aber absolut nicht sauber und in schlechtem Zustand

    Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war schön groß. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps gegeben.

    Obwohl die Wohnung noch recht neu ist, war sie bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Überall war Staub und Spinnweben. Es schien, dass länger nicht gereinigt wurde. Auch die Fenster waren dreckig, sowohl Scheiben als auch Rahmen. Unter dem Bett und Sofa war Staub und es lagen Taschentücher darunter. Der Wohnzimmerteppich war nicht gesaugt. Die Dusche sah nicht gut aus. Der Herd und die Abzugshaube waren fettig. Wir haben um Nachbesserung gebeten, aber es wurde nicht alles nachgebessert. Wir haben selbst noch geputzt, da wir keine Lust auf einen neuen Umzug hatten. Die Dusche hat einen alten Durchlauferhitzer. Die Toilettenspülung braucht mindestens 15 min, bis der Wassertank wieder voll ist. Der Esszimmer Tisch hat ziemlich gewackelt. Schade, die Wohnung ist sehr schick, aber in keinem sauberen und keinem guten Zustand. Die Bewertungen mit 9,8 für Sauberkeit passen absolut nicht.

    Excellent

    The owner was very accommodating for a short notice booking, she got in touch after the booking and gave us clear directions on where to go. We didn’t meet the owner on arrival as we arrived late at night but she made sure to check in with us the next morning. The apartment was very lovely, clean and quiet. Owner is a very nice lady would love to stay again
