It was good location only two stops from downtown, the girl who greet us was super nice and kind and eager to help.
few things in the apartment I didn’t like. Not every door was closing good, the toilet leads were broken, and the bins in the toilet but the other things were good.

Grande potenziale ma purtroppo trascurato
Posizione comoda; vicinissimo alla piazza Victoria e l'omonima stazione di metro. Possibilità di parcheggiare macchina nelle vicinanze, lungo la strada. Tanti posti letto, comodi. Un grande tavolo in salotto e tante sedie.
L'appartamento con grandi potenzialità ma purtroppo non sfruttate; trascurato completamente. Letteralmente cadeva a pezzi (l'intonaco di soffitto in bagno si staccava, la doccia con le porte scorrevoli che...non c'erano più per cui ad ogni doccia si allagava il pavimento, le tavolette dei water si muovevano, i mobili della cucina scrostati, le pentole bruciate...). Uno dei bagni non si chiudeva. Non si chiudeva neanche una porta finestra che portava su un micro terrazzino che dava sul pozzo di luce della palazzina - una cosa psicologicamente disturbante (anche se essendo sul quarto piano e la finestra accanto - che dava sulle scale della palazzina - era provvista di grate quindi nessuno poteva entrarci da fuori). Di notte, quando qualcuno usava le scale - da lì entrava la luce. Basterebbe mettere delle tende (anche per privacy...). Pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata notevolmente. Rumore della strada ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte non permetteva di tenere le finestre aperti (anche se con le finestre chiuse si sentiva lo stesso...) L'odore nauseante dell'edificio che purtroppo entrava anche nell' appartamento se si aprivano le finestrelle dei bagni o la portafinestra in cucina.
