Cute, affordable property in a nice neighborhood.
Very cute property with plenty of space. It was super affordable and in a nice neighborhood. It’s super convenient that you can check in at 2, and the owner was very courteous and responded quickly. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come stay again! ☺️

Well located in a nice historic neighborhood
Great neighborhood easy parking on the road.
The couches in the living room are really hard and the living room was noisy with steps on the ceiling at 3am. The coffee wasn’t good at all. There was a smell of smoke or weed in the air.

Very good stay
We liked the location And the 1885 Victorian home was excellent .It was in walking distance to coffee shop and It only took about 10 minutes to drive to Cincinnati Children's Hospital . Overall very good experience.
Never got to speak with owner. Everything was text

Great Lovers Getaway
The neighborhood is very quiet. Though I believe the house is shared with another guest, (its a half double), you couldn't hear any other people at all. Very clean. Smelled good. Had all the basics in the kitchen and provided a set of towels and washcloths. Would absolutely stay here again!
Wasn't a problem for us, but there isn't much parking for more than 1 car right in front of the house. Also there isn't 3 beds. There is 1 actual bed and 1 bedroom. There are 2 couches that lay flat in the living room that could potentially be beds, but they are sofa beds. Again, wasn't an issue for us. However if your looking to share quarters with another couple, this probably isnt a good choice. The only bathroom is inside of the bedroom. Better fit for a couple with a kid or two, if not using for a couples getaway.
