    Was not able to stay asked for a refund instead because the welcoming was poor

    Nothing the stuff was rude we ddnt check in instead we asked for a refund.

    Everything more especially the stuff. They thought we ddnt pay and told us there's nothing they can help us with yet we used bookings.com to book the place, even when we showed them the proof of payment.
