dissapointing
room was clean.
room was booked 9 months in advance, we upgraded our room but still found ourselves in a room that overlooked a car park and the bin stores. woken each morning to the sound of the bins being used/emptied. spoke with the manager about this but not interested don't know why this is called a boutique hotel won't be staying there again
