    Perfect for our needs

    Clean and spacious

    We had to share a parking space - our fault though as we had 3 cars for the one room.

    We had a nice time. There's plenty to do in Ballarat.

    The location was fine. We travelled by car, so getting around was easy.

    We found it hard to regulate the temperature in the shower. It was scaldingly hot, but would go cold if you tried to adjust it.
