    A highly disappointing stay ruined by property neglect, misleading amenities, and poor management.

    This premium Fernando de Noronha villa fell short of hospitality standards due to poor management, severe maintenance issues, and inaccurate listing descriptions. Key failures included an un-lockable front door, significant maintenance neglect, pest infestations, and a failure to provide promised daily cleaning or basic supplies.
