  Beautiful unit, convenient location, horrible horrible host and unit! STAY AWAY

  The location and the space was large.

  Upon arrival, we contacted the host for the key, she advised that the key was with the security guard. We asked the host about the underground parking, she said that underground parking was not available to us because we were only booked for 3 nights. She further told us that "Ferrari's park on the street, you can too." On opening the refrigerator, we found the previous occupants' food still inside. There was a cucumber that had rotted through, gone black and mouldy along its length and split open, with liquid running out of it onto the shelf and pooling beside the egg carton. Next to it were four Danone yogurts, a carton of milk, a tub of Philadelphia cheese, a box of eggs and a bottle of beer, none of it ours. The milk carton expired July 11, 2026. The yogurts expired June 28, 2026. We informed the host, she was reluctant to come clean it. We had commitments during the day and returned shortly before 1:00 AM on 8 August. We used the shower for the first time at around 1:30 AM. Black particles came out of the shower head and onto the body during use. We used the shower again in the early afternoon of August 8. The same thing happened, and this time the particles were left scattered across the surface of the bath after the water drained, dark grit spread over the white tub from. Informing the host, she said must be the plumbing; however, we told her that the spout ran clear. She ignored this. The terrace was also unusable. It was holding a pile of plaster rubble against the wall, stacked hollow bricks, a stack of roof tiles, black sheeting and a mop and bucket. That is a working builder's area rather than an outdoor space for guests. There were also dead insects around the curtains, this place clearly had not been cleaned or used for a while. We told her we couldn't live there, the host told us that it's a €400,000 unit. She said she would work with Booking, but then called us liars.
