This is a very nice and big apartment with plenty of room. It is placed just 5min walk from some of the major attractions in Rome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was excellent.
The hot water didn’t work, you were either scolded or frozen. Neither mixer in either bathroom worked properly, you couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquitoes. Kitchen tap was loose, and there was nothing to dry the dishes in the kitchen.

Super, fantastyczny :)
Lokalizacja - wystarczy rzucić okiem na mapę. Po wyjściu z kamienicy i zrobieniu dosłownie 10 kroków widać koloseum. Dojście do tegoż zajmuje jakieś 5 minut spacerkiem. Poza tym na duży plus dwie łazienki, 3 pełnoprawne sypialnie, wygodne łóżka... Wymieniać by można bo apartament jest naprawdę fantastyczny a kontakt z właścicielem sympatyczny i bezproblemowy. Na pewno skorzystamy ponownie, bo uwielbiamy Rzym
Bardzo drobne, marginalne zużycie nieruchomości - a to spłuczka się czasem zablokuje, a to jakiś zatrzask okiennicy się urwał. Jedyna większa wada to ciśnienie wody i temperatura pod prysznicem. Ciśnienie dość niskie a temperatura bardzo niestabilna - ciężko tu jednak winić wynajmującego, gdyż problem leży po stronie kamienicy (spółdzielni?)

beau et bien situé mais des problèmes fonctionnels
la localisation l'extérieur en plein cœur de Rome la climatisation nombre de couchages
des défauts d'entretien : impossible de prendre des douches à température constante et peu d'eau chaude,(douche des enfants par bassine...), la machine à café très fatiguée (on a fini le sejour au the), le robinet de cuisine brinquebalant et sans mousseur impossible de faire la vaisselle sans mettre de l'eau partout et être arrosé. malgré nos signalements ayant eu des reponses par message rapides, nous n'avons vu aucune intervention.
