Overall, the apartment is decent. The only major downside I overlooked when booking was the lack of a microwave. But th
The downsides: There’s basically nothing provided for everyday living. No shampoo, no slippers, and no basic cooking essentials. Apparently, whatever previous guests leave behind is what you get — in this case, just salt. The apartment was quite cold and rather dark in the evenings. This matters to me, and it’s a significant downside. There is an iron, but it’s damaged. It looks like someone ironed synthetic fabric at a high temperature and melted it onto the soleplate. The hosts clearly don’t care enough to clean it, so good luck getting anything ironed properly. I can’t even remember whether there was an ironing board in the apartment. And when you check in, you’ll also get to play a little game of hide-and-seek with the Wi-Fi router, because apparently the hosts can’t be bothered to print out the password and put it somewhere visible — like on the front door, on the fridge, or on the little table next to the TV.

El apartamento. Espacioso, muy limpio y cómodo. Su ubicación. Que hubiese camas separadas en el salón para mis hijos. La cocina es muy amplia. Que tuviera lavadora. Muy bien equipado todo

Das Appartement war sauber. Es liegt außerhalb vom Zentrum, jedoch ist man mit den Öffis schnell im Zentrum. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber inkl. Check in hat gut funktioniert.
Die teilweise kaputte (Bodenbelag), bzw. nicht funktionierende Ausstattung (u.a. TV, Herd.. und die fehlende Kaffeemaschine. Das Appartement wird anscheinend nicht gut gewartet.

Pulizia da migliorare, e la struttura necessiterebbe di qualche manutenzione.
