Great location in quieter area of Innere Stadt
Set in a peaceful spot in Innere Stadt, a beautiful, very comfortable flat within very short walk of numerous sites. We were very lucky with the weather in Vienna. Visited mid September. Used the roof top terrace to relax after busy day to enjoy pre dinner drinks, just lovely. The flat is large and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only overhead shower in bathroom. It did help there was another wc. Lots of hot water, no problems, Any questions we had were very quickly answered . We only had breakfast in flat. There seemed to be more than adequate cooking utensils for cooking with oven and hob, Highly recommend the Café Aera on same street as flat. Caters for vegan and meat eaters. House wine was fab. Staff are lovely and made us most welcome.. Prices were good and we had 2 meals there. The locals use this café – good sign! Hofer (Aldi) and Billa are very near. Ideal for food supplies. Walked everywhere. We used U4 line to visit Schönbrunn Palace. U4 station is under 10 minutes walk away. One more recommendation – visit the Serviten Quarter. 10 minute walk. Quiet and very French! We went Sunday morning, listening to sounds of church bells. Would have no hesitation in booking this flat again.

Generell ist die Wohnung ok.
Gute Lage
Die Kommunikation fand nur auf Englisch statt. Auf der Terrasse sind die Pflanzen komplett vertrocknet, das einzige Grün sind Buchsbäume aus Plaste.

Sehr schönes Appartement für einen Wien-Aufenthalt
Sehr gute Lage. U-Bahnhof in 2 Minuten. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr gepflegt. Zusammengefasst: zum Wohlfühlen Die Betreuung erfolgte per Mail. War perfekt.

Bel endroit très pratique mais gestion déplorable
Nice apartment, very functional, very pleasant, quiet yet close to every interesting places
Unfortunately the lift didn’t work and the flat was at the top of the building. The host only offered us to cancel our trip but we couldn’t reschedule. Therefore I asked for a financial gesture, and after a week of saying every day that they were considering an offer, once we were back home, they said no !
