  Great space and views, but the water needs fixing.

  I like the location and the spaces of the house. The view is spectacular. We felt safe.

  The house has a nice view, and the spaces are great for a large group. There’s plenty of room for everyone to gather and spread out. Unfortunately, it fell short on something basic: water. There was no hot water during our stay, and the pressure was too weak to use more than one fixture at a time. Flushing a toilet cut off the water at the third-floor faucet, and running the kitchen sink left almost no pressure in the bathroom. With a full group, getting everyone showered and ready took much longer than it should have. When we told the owner, she said water pressure on the island has been getting worse. However, the house has its own water tank, so supply isn’t the issue. The pump isn’t strong enough for the whole house, and that is something the property can fix. For the price we paid, hot water and good water pressure should be a given. If the owner fixes the pump and the water heater, this would be an excellent place for groups. Until then, I’d recommend asking whether these issues have been resolved before booking.

  We had a great stay with our family. Wonderfully private, great pool, and the view is stunning!

  The top floor, and lower floor bathrooms need better lighting. In the upstairs bathroom the tub is dripping and the sink faucet is leaking from the handle. The sliding glass doors in the main living area are very difficult to open or close, so we had to leave them closed and go out on the deck by another way. These are minor things, and overall the house is fantastic.

  Gorgeous view from a beautiful home! Four bedrooms spread out over three levels, built in to the hillside. Pool level is comfortable and chairs are plentiful. We grilled steaks and had a feast at home one night of the two, and it could not have been better. The cab and car service on this island is easy to order and navigate. We hope to be back.

  There was nothing not to like! A few of the living room sliding doors don't slide so well, a little WD-40 would likely fix that, but that's so minor, it's hardly worth mentioning, right? Lovely site, view, comfort. Stunning.

  Loved the privacy and security. The facilities were great. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults.

  If you plan to do your own cooking, there are no basics in the house as far as spices, oil. You have to bring or buy everything. We were there over Christmas, and the pool was pretty chilly—not heated.
