Sijainti parhaalla paikalla Līgatnessa. Ei mitään häiriöitä naapureista. Kauppa viereisessä talossa.
Ilmoittavat avaimen noutopaikan vasta viime tipassa, viestejä piti siis lukea matkallakin. Ikkunat olivat auki tullessani, joten huone oli kylmä. Keittiössä ei ollut vesihanaa tai lavuaaria.
