    Central location, comfortable rooms but could be noisy

    We only stayed 1 nights (Sunday). The apartment is centrally located and can be found easily. Eateries are around the apartment. The cathedral, Hoan Kiem lake, opera house are within walking distance. The rooms (triple and double) are spacious. The lift only goes up to 9th floor. Rooms on the 10th floor must be accessed via staircase. The bathrooms are cleaned. The beds are comfortable. No staff on site. Communication was through whatsapp and check in instruction is clear and easily to follow. We will stay again but not on Fridays and weekends.

    from Friday late afternoon to Sunday night, the street was closed and became pedestrian streets. We arrived at 5pm and Taxi could not go to the apartment. A short distance to walk but the crowds made it challenging to manuve the luggages through the crowds/busy roads. There was a free concert at the lake and the bands played until 11pm. We were tired but couldn't sleep as we could hear loud music from the rooms.
