The apartment is very spacious, has great views and Marina, the owner, is very easy to reach.
The views from the top balcony was spectacular! The location of the apartment is very convenient in the old town.
Parking is a challenge. I understand it is not the owners fault as the old city has a challenge space and roads.

It is okay-ish.
In general we liked the facility. Beautiful view. Opportunity to cook at home. Host was very helpful and kind. There were enough towels for our 8 night stay.
Didn't liked the beds, they were all super hard with springs. Sheets were very tough material, very warm. Floor was dirty on the balcony, we had to clean it ourselves. Balcony is very wide but also very very hot and sunlight was reflecting at the white floor which made it impossible to use the balcony during daytime. About the location: it was very very uphill. So you who come with small kids strollers prams och have problem walking I suggest you find somewhere else to stay. Parking is hard, you can not park near the facility. The traffic up and down hill was insane. Many many homeless cats and dogs. One of them had passed away by the street and it was very awful to see and smell. Overall this place is probably good if you pass by, but i wouldn't stay there again for that much nights. Service in Kavala in general is very poor. Prices are up to the sky and kavala has no good beach to offer. Nearest beach that was not bombed with extreme loud music was 50km away.
