We had a fabulous weekend in Hawkes Bay and appreciated the location and warm spacious living space.
Great location, and once we got appliances working it was nice and warm with lovely elevation. Oh and heated floor in bathroom was a lovely surprise!
Just a few little things would have been helpful. Working lights at the door entry. Info on starting fire. Coaster to put drinks on furniture ( we felt bad putting them directly on timber). Hard to open downstairs bathroom door. We think the fridge must have missed a clean after the last people.

Great family stay
House had everything needed for a family stay, great location lose to havelock town centre. Nice and spacious, plenty of parking.
The pillows on most of the beds were very thin, luckily we bought our own from home or I would have had to buy some pillows just to sleep comfortably

Great location and clean
The stairs are quite steep to the downstairs room and don’t have a handrail (I’m pretty sure the building code requires one) but I actually fell down the stairs and rolled my ankle, if there was a handrail I probably wouldn’t have fallen!
