Starting in October, the ground floor apartment will be undergoing further refurbishment and work will be going on behind the building. This will be noticeable from outside the building, and you may also see workmen entering the building during the day. All rooms have additional sound proofing to reduce noise disturbance when inside your suite. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Excellent location in Brixham We had a room with sea view and was one of the best views 👌

    No soap , Bluetooth and no coffee pods for machine

    Reasonable stay.

    The location, overlooking the harbour, was excellent with a great view over some of the rest of Torbay as well. The room was comfortable and the wifi worked properly.

    The instructions mentioned using a code to get access to the room. However, the front doors were always unlocked and we only worked out that the code for our room didn't work on the evening of our second day - in fact a key (in the room) was needed to lock the door. This meant that the room was not secure during our first day. The instructions about this really should be updated. The utility area was always left with dirty cutlery and crockery in the sink. There should be dedicated cutlery and crockery in each room so that it is easier to keep them clean. The hot water boiler really needs instructions to go with it. The bathroom hand wash was empty and there was no shampoo in the shower. The window in the bedroom wouldn't open after the first couple of days.
