    Got the room upgraded to two bedrooms. I love the unit, huge, decent kitchen and living room, great rooftop pool with sauna. Super easy access to metro and malls.

    The noise from the road can be annoying, especially midnight, like a supercar or something.

    SEJOUR PARFAIT CHEZ VIIA RESIDENCE

    Tout a été parfait. Du 1er au dernier jour. L'accueil du personnel a été parfait. L'appartement très grand et spacieux, surtout pour 1 personne. Propreté remarquable, cuisine, salon, chambre et salle de bain. Rien à redire. Très grande piscine débordante sur le toit de l'hôtel et très bien aménagée. Grand Mall, Mid Valley, ( Centre Commercial ) à proximité ainsi que la station de Métro LRT5 en face de l'hôtel qui va vers la Gare Centrale ( KL Sentral ) et KLCC ( Tours Pétronas ). J'étais venu de France pour quelques jours, principalement pour le GP de F1 sur le circuit de Sepang, ainsi que quelques visites de Kuala Lampur et environs. J'ai été très content de mon choix concernant cet hôtel !!!

    Rien à redire, c'était parfait !!!!

    i face an issue with AC ( unit i stay), they came in the evening to reset, and 2nd time they came at 9pm to reset again.

    the place was very convenient as it is near mid valley

    i book 2 room, 1 room is a 3 bedroom unit, 2nd room i book after i get confirmation from reception thru call stated that i can get the same floor( 2 bedroom unit). Instead when i reach this place, they said they un-able to provide the 2nd room with the same floor. so i downgrade my 3 bedroom unit to 3 unit of 2 bedroom unit as they are not willing to refund my booking where 1 unit of 2 bedroom apartment are way less than 1 unit ( 3 bedroom apartment).
