    Manglede en soveplads - dårlige nætter på lille luftmadras

    Rent og funktionelt.

    Der var en soveplads mindre end oplyst. Den 3 seng var ikke en futon som lovet, men en lille luftmadras på ca 188 cm længde som var kort og som man sov meget dårligt på. En soveplads burde slet ikke være en luftmadras. Vi sagde det til udlejer som sagde at de ikke havde kunnet vælge luftmadras i Booking.com system. Det tror jeg gerne. Det regnes ikke for en rigtig soveplads.

    Very disappointing.

    Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The flat had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. The shower was dirty, the towels and bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, and we became very itchy while sleeping in the double bed. We booked the flat for three nights, but we felt so uncomfortable that we left after the first night and moved to a hotel. We tried to contact the owner to explain the problems and request assistance, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. The condition and cleanliness of the accommodation did not meet our expectations or reflect the standard presented in the listing. I hope the owner improves the cleaning arrangements and communication with guests in the future.
