Apartamenti ļoti labi, liekas, ka bija ieslēgtas siltās grīdas. Omulīgi, silti.
Ļoti dzirdams troksnis no ielas, iela ir ar bruģa segumu.No plkst. 6-00 sākas diezgan intensīva a/m kustība. Ļoti traucē gulēt.
