I would like to own something like this. The house itself is only suitable for sleeping, as everything from the kitchen to the bathroom is very miniature, but it is so much nicer outside - lying all day on your own pier by the beautiful Una, outdoor kitchen, boat, ducks, fish, pure nature, there is nothing better. The house has extremely steep stairs to the upper part, where the beds are. There is also an outdoor pool and a huge fenced parking lot. The owners were very friendly.
The location itself will be very difficult to find without detailed instructions or the owner's accompaniment. The price could be lower, but if there are guests, why not.
