The staff working at this hotel need more training, or they should be replaced, because they are driving customers away.
The property is nice
What I didn’t like was the poor service from the person at the reception desk. When I arrived and asked for some ice, they said no; after I insisted, they reluctantly handed me a cup with just four ice cubes and told me that was all I could have—I find that completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the next day at breakfast, as I was leaving, I took an orange to eat later. A staff member saw me and confronted my wife in a very rude manner, claiming it wasn’t allowed—though I never saw any sign stating that. While the hotel itself is quite lovely, they really need to provide better training for their staff. I cannot recommend this place. Thank you.
