Excellent property
The house was fantastic, lovely outdoor areas, pool was small but perfect to cool off, about 1km from beach....nice walk down but stiff hill up, so good exercise. I loved the fact they had everything there for us...dishwasher tablets, washing powder, etc....beach towels as well.. Everything you needed to get settled. There was also a welcome basket and bottle of wine, which we appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. It was very clean. We stayed in October so it wasn't a big deal for us but I would imagine not having air conditioning would be an issue in the summer. But, there were electric fans in each room. I found them excellent to deal with, very responsive.
The only negative I had was that it was very expensive for the time of year comparatively but we had stayed in one of these houses before and really wanted to stay there this time. We will be booking again for next year!

Such a gorgeous home. So spacious, clean and cool. We had a wonderful week. The walk down to the beach takes no more than 10 mins. We would definitely recommend a stay and we will be booking again when we return to the Algarve.

Property is fine just could do with a bit of improvement for the money - broken chairs (that were fixed after mentioning it), blocked sink in main downstairs bathroom that smelt, cobwebs, dirty fans and only two in the whole villa (which hardly work) bbq poor and no equipment, only a handful of outside lights work (got some new bulbs but still didn’t work) security light on the entrance doesn’t work, could do with 2 doubles or at-least set them up as 2 doubles if 2 partners coming out, not really enough kitchen utensil’s (these aren’t really negative comments but really enjoyed it but expect a bit more for the money) number 13 was the same last year when we stayed and just feels owners do as little as possible for maximum profit and are pretty expensive in price comparison

Villa was very nice but you need air conditioning in July. Also the villa could do with a few more potted plants etc.
