Convenient location between airport and Funchal. The haus is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and with relatively modern furniture and equipment. Has own parking spot and garage. There is a spacious terasse from which you see the ocean.
If you plan to be using dishwasher, make sure you bring your own tablets or detergent as those are not provided.

The house was a wonderful base-camp for our family holiday.
The host was very friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of advice on nearby shops, restaurants and sights, so we felt like locals from day one. The Reis Magos bakery, the Sabores da Ilha supermarket and A Traineira fish restaurant were all wonderful. The ground floor of the house was a perfect living area with large kitchen, living room and connecting terrace. The house is close to shops, bars, restaurants and buses. Parking was easy either on the street or on the property.
The street is steep, so the vehicles were fairly noisy. But c'mon, which street is not busy and steep in Madeira?

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Rogério war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Auch unsere späte Anreise nach 23 Uhr war kein Problem. Die Lage ist perfekt – nahe am Flughafen, aber trotzdem ruhig und ohne Fluglärm. In der Umgebung gibt es eine schöne Badestelle, und die Anbindung nach Funchal ist hervorragend. Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und besonders praktisch fanden wir die Schublade mit Reiseführern in verschiedenen Sprachen. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem das gemütliche Bar-Restaurant Munchies. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: In manchen Nächten bellten in den frühen Morgenstunden einige Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Insgesamt aber ein toller Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!
