    Overall, a lovely place with stunning ocean views and a great location. We would happily stay here again!

    We had a wonderful stay at Vila Fortaleza! The view from the balcony directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect for starting hikes, and the beach is only about an 800 m walk away. The room and bathroom were very cosy, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shared kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

    The only minor downside was the poor sound insulation, as we could hear the neighbouring shower. However, this wasn’t really a problem, as everyone was quiet at night and we slept well.
