Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und würden das Haus grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist schön, gut ausgestattet und es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Auch die Lage und der Außenbereich haben uns gut gefallen.
In der Küche haben wir leider einige Schaben entdeckt. Die Polster der Gartenstühle sind inzwischen ziemlich verschlissen, die Auflagen der Liegen weisen Stockflecken auf, auf der Terrasse steht ein kaputter Stuhl herum, im Wohnzimmer der Stoffsessel ist verschmutzt . Das sind aus unserer Sicht alles Punkte, die sich relativ einfach beheben bzw. erneuern lassen. Wenn diese Kleinigkeiten behoben werden, würde das schöne Ferienhaus sicherlich einen noch besseren und rundum gepflegten Eindruck machen.

The Villa itself was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures which was a great house and place to stay. The host was very helpful and arranged transfers from airport and also sorted a late check out for us which was very helpful.
There is a building site right beside the house, they are building 13 x 3 bedroom houses with private pools which meant there was building noise every day (except Sundays) from early in the morning to 5pm every evening. We went to the beach every day as we could not enjoy the pool with the construction noise. We didn't mind this so much as we love the beach but if you are planning to relax during the day by the pool this is not the house for you (August 2025) Mira Luz II is the name of the new development, wait until after it finished to come.

Spacious villa with amazing facilities close to the beach! Hosts were super easy to communicate with and very flexible with our requests. Would definitely come again!
