    Boa estadia pelo luxo do hotel, mas alguns problemas com o serviço de bar e restaurante.

    Hotel muito bom, com boa localização, estacionamento, quartos confortáveis e lobby agradável. Tem uma área de spa e piscina aquecida que não utilizamos, mas nos pareceu muito agradável.

    O serviço não condiz com a categoria do hotel. Os funcionários que lá estavam eram esforçados, mas nitidamente o staff estava desproporcional para o número de hóspedes. Faltava pessoas no bar e no restaurante. Parece que só haviam 4 funcionários nessas áreas para atender mais de 200 hóspedes. Nessas condições claramente os funcionários estavam estressados e correndo de um lado para o outro para dar conta de atender a todos e obviamente o serviço nessas circunstâncias deixa a desejar. Um especificamente, chegou a ser desagradável com meus familiares, como se a culpa fosse nossa do hotel estar cheio e não ter funcionários para atender.
