  Wonderful hotel, but young receptionist not kind

  I spent my birthday at this hotel, and the staff kindly upgraded me to a better room with sea view. The room was big and with a big balcony and the hotel is located next to the beach.

  Several team members struggled with English, but more concerning was the unprofessional conduct of one receptionist - a young Portuguese woman with dark curly hair. When I contacted reception regarding a hair dryer missing from my room, she handled the call with noticeable hostility. Although maintenance assisted me promptly, she called back shortly after, offered no greeting, bluntly stated, 'You found the dryer, huh?' and hung up. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I was shocked by her conduct.

  In general staff was very friendly, except for the lady at the inside swimming pool area that is doing everything to ruin any holiday feeling and wants to be as unfriendly as possible. For the rest of staff was super nice. I really liked the swimming pool area outside and kids club, who were doing amazing job. Our daughter loved doing go-cards, playing in the playground, etc. Breakfast was very nice and with a very nice place outside.

  Kids swimming pool plastic slides should be checked as they seem to be very fast and kids there got some injuries as the swimming pool is very undeap. Also swing is moving a lot, some maintenance is needed to keep it safe. Keep clear rules for the inside swimming pool as the swimming lady we had 2 days were coming to us with new restrictions every day. If kids are not allowed, should be stated for adults only.

  Pleasant stay

  Good location, walking distance to city centre and beach on the other side of the road. Nice view from the sea view room. Nice pool. Free refreshment drinks in the room’s fridge which were refilled. A lot of free parking available outside the hotel, you can also park underground for an extra charge.

  Spa staff not very approachable, spa is free to use but you don’t get robes unless you buy a treatment, you also need to wear cap to use the spa swimming pool. Breakfast buffet not always refilled.

  Vila da galé se baixo

  Do senhor sem cabelo na recepção de tarde. Top. Da Senhora Africana. Funcionarios top. A outra morena má.

  Sumos da compal nojentos e pao péssimo e umas omeletes sem sal ou estima. Maus ingredientes. Café intragável. Nem vou falar dos queijos ou afirnbrados. A decoração dos quartos parece um projeto da quarta classe. Vale o pelo Senhor Careca da recepção
