Filthy, poorly maintained apartment that doesn’t match the listing photos at all — a complete scam. The host himself for

    Nothing

The entrance door handle broke off when used. Feces were left unflushed in the toilet. Windows were covered in construction-level dust. Bedding was covered in white animal hair and smelled of sweat. A loose vertical door panel fell on me when opening a sliding door near the bathroom — it wasn’t secured. Basic cutlery was missing. The kettle and coffee machine had heavy limescale buildup. Previous guests’ food was left in the fridge. Kitchen furniture was broken and falling apart. After I reported these issues, the host suggested I cancel and find another place. I decided to stay, but then the power went out for 30 minutes with no help offered. When I said I wanted to leave, the host came and rudely insisted I leave immediately. All of this happened within 3 hours of check-in.

    Perfect

The location and view of Vila Luarasi were amazing! The cleanliness of the rooms, the modern design, and the stunning sunset views from the large windows made our 4 nights in Kaninë unforgettable. The staff was very kind and helpful—thank you!
