    Ótimo apartamento e bem localizado para acomodar confortavelmente até 4 pessoas.

    Apartamento confortável, bem localizado, móveis novos e modernos, bem distribuídos. A administradora nos recebeu muito bem, explicando os detalhes da acomodação e redondeza.

    Fomos numa época de muito calor e o ar-condicionado não é suficiente para o apartamento, sendo difícil conseguir dormir no piso superior.

    En raison de l'escalier, nous ne le conseillons pas pour une famille avec des enfants. En revanche, c'est un end

    Un excellent rapport qualité-prix et un intérieur au top ! À l’intérieur, l'appartement mérite un beau 9/10 ! Il est très beau, propre et parfaitement équipé avec tout le nécessaire, y compris de la literie pour le divan-lit. Le lit était confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace, les nombreux rangements, la grande salle de bain et le nombre de prises de courant. Un super marché (LIDL) est accessible à 10 minutes max à pied. Un petit dépanneur est situé juste en face, à ainsi qu’un petit restaurant de quartier. L’appartement, au chapitre rapport qualité-prix, c'était vraiment très bien. Un grand merci encore à notre hôtesse Claudia, qui est très à l'écoute

    Le principal point faible pourrait être l’emplacement, situé dans un vieux secteur et un peu hors du grand centre (environ 40 minutes à pied de la Place du Commerce). Cela dit, comme nous sommes de bons marcheurs, cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Autre petit détail : la douche demande un peu de temps à apprivoiser et elle peut déborder facilement si on ne fait pas attention.
