  A fantastic location with good facilities, could be excellent with a few upgrades.

  It’s a great location, close to the town and beach but far away enough that you don’t hear any noise. It’s a good size property for couples or small families and most basic amenities were present including air conditioning in bedrooms and living area and a large fridge freezer in the kitchen. The outdoor area is a great additional space with the outdoor shower and jacuzzi a really nice feature. Hosts were prompt in providing the property details and answering our questions including the availability for a possible early check in.

  The check in is rather late at 18:00, but they did try to get it ready earlier in the day after requesting. The bed is a little smaller then we are used to (it’s a standard double) and is not the most comfortable, some of the pillows do need replacing as they’ve worn thin. There was only half a toilet roll left in the bathroom, which is not ideal, but otherwise we had everything we needed.

  Excelente Localização

  Tivemos uma agradável estadia aqui nesta casa com o local perfeito junto ao centro de Albufeira.

  Absolutely brilliant - would stay again

  The location was perfect, the place was clean and tidy. The facilities were good we had everything we needed and the jacuzzi was a great addition. The 3 separate air con units were also very helpful. We requested an earlier check in time, originally we were meant to check in at 6pm (which I do feel is too late) however the host informed us on the day that the property was ready as soon as we landed around 1230pm.

  The only thing that could have been better was the lighting in the bedrooms - without opening the window shutters it was very dark in the rooms and if you do that you lose some privacy. So brighter lights in the bedrooms would be nice. The host could have provided a little more toilet roll and bin bags but that wasn’t too much of an issue!

  Excelente ubicacion, casita acojedora y comoda.

  La ubicación es lo mejor. Cerca de todo, céntrico y con vistas cercanas fantásticas. La casa es muy cómoda siendo pequeña. Es perfecta para una familia pequeña (4) con todo lo necesario. La cocina esta muy completa. El patio es muy comodo y amplio para actividades familiares después de la playa.

  El jacuzzi no estaba limpio al llegar, pero lo limpiaron inmediatamente cuando avisamos (gracias). El penultimo dia empezo a disparar la protección del cuadro eléctrico (por el jacuzzi) y no pudimos usarlo mas.
