  A spacious place with a beautiful sea view and a very kind host, but some improvements are necessary

  The host was very kind and welcoming. The accommodation is spacious, and the beds are large and comfortable. There is also a lovely garden at the entrance where you can have breakfast, with a beautiful sea view thanks to the elevated location.

  The lighting in the apartment is quite poor, which makes cooking in the evening a little difficult. There is only one air-conditioning unit, so it can be hard to cool all the rooms properly. The pillows were uncomfortable, and some pieces of furniture, especially the sofa, are quite old and could use replacing. We were also asked to pay extra for the use of the air conditioning, which we feel should be included in the accommodation price rather than charged separately.

  Positiv: Der Vermieter war vordergründig nett. Nach zäher Diskussion konnten wir die unverschämte Klimaanlagen-Gebühr (wollte 10 €/Tag für wenige Stunden Nutzung) immerhin halbieren.

  Negativ: Die obere Wohnung ist total heruntergekommen und extrem schmutzig – die guten Bewertungen sind ein Rätsel. Die Schränke von innen waren voller Dreck und Krümel, an den Wänden hingen Spinnweben. Lebensgefährlich: Mehrere Steckdosenleisten liegen komplett offen, Abdeckungen fehlen und Kabel hängen lose heraus. Der Außenbereich gleicht einer Müllhalde aus Sperrmüll, offenen Müllsäcken und Chaos. Die angegebene Waschmaschine steht nicht in der Wohnung, sondern im komplett verdreckten privaten Wohnbereich des Vermieters, in dem er selbst haust! Unsere normale Urlaubswäsche wollten wir in diesem Dreck absolut nicht waschen – am letzten Tag haben wir dort aus Not lediglich die Badetücher reingeschmissen. Zudem zeigt Booking fast nur Fotos der neueren, unteren Wohnung – eine totale Täuschung der Gäste. Der Vermieter wirkt zwar freundlich, ist aber extrem gerissen. Keine Empfehlung!

  Apartament położony na wzgórzach Makarskiej Veliko Brdo posiada piękny widok na cale miasto i wybrzeże Adriatyku. Apartament byl przestronny w pełni wyposażony, bardzo czysty, przyjemnie urządzony i z dużym ogrodem który umilał wieczory przy lampce wina. Największym atutem był bardzo sympatyczny i rodzinny właściciel który swoją goscinnoscia sprawil ze czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu. Napewno wrocimy do tego miejsca i gorąco wszystkim polecamy, Marin dużo zdrowia dla Ciebie. Pozdrawiamy

  Sehr netter Vermieter , man konnte ihn steht’s ansprechen und Lösungen waren immer schnell gefunden.

  Die traumhafte Lage am Gebirge , war so schön . Man hatte direkten Blick auf die Adria .
