מיקום מדהים חדרים גדולים ומרווחים
אחד מאנשי הצוות היה מאוד לא שירותי ולא ניסה לעזור כאשר התעכבה לנו הטיסה וניסה לקחת לנו את החדר ודמי הביטול רק לאחר טיפול של בוקינג הנושא הסתדר

This is a slightly unusual review, because we did not actually stay in the accommodation shown on Booking.com. Instead, we were given the Deluxe Suite with Sauna and Balcony. The suite itself was spacious and very comfortable, and even the extra beds provided for the children were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the children really enjoyed the indoor play area and the pool. The frustrating part was how the room change was initially presented. The hotel described the Deluxe Suite as an upgrade, but when I made the reservation, I remember having the option to book that exact suite for around 30% less than what I paid for Vila Miorița. I deliberately chose the more expensive option because I was concerned that the extra beds in the suite would not be comfortable. In hindsight, that concern was unfounded, so I was understandably disappointed to have paid considerably more for the room we eventually received. To the hotel’s credit, they ultimately refunded the difference—and even a little more—so the matter was resolved fairly. Despite this unusual situation, we had a wonderful stay and will probably return, perhaps next time during the winter.

נהדר !!!
המלון נמצא בפויינה ברשוב, במיקום מעולה, המלון אמנם קצת מיושן (שטיחים מקיר לקיר, אמבטיות וכו'...), אבל בהחלט עונה על הציפיות, החדר שקיבלנו היה ענק (2 קומות) הספיק לזוג + 4. שתי מקלחות שני חדרי שירותים. 2 מרפסות ענקיות. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת, מבחר של גבינות, ירקות, סלטים, לחמים, מיצים, מים, סודה, קפה תה וכו'.... 2 בריכות נהדרות מחוממות, היה כייף להיות בהן, 2 ג'קוזי באיזור הבריכה. תמורה מלאה למחיר.
ארוחת הבוקר חוזרת על עצמה, לא מחליפים מפות בחדר אוכל לעיתים תכופות.
